About Nick

Small business is in my blood.

My Dad and Grandfather were both small business owners and instilled in me a deep respect for the backbone of our economy: the American entrepreneur. For years I wanted to follow in their footsteps but after 9/11 I felt an obligation to serve our great country and put my business dreams on hold. 

Military Service

I graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served as a Green Beret and Army Ranger for a decade. While in the Army, I commanded a Special Forces Detachment ("A Team"), a Ranger Platoon, and an Infantry Rifle Platoon, and served as an Aide-de-Camp to a Special Operations Commanding General.  I led diverse teams in the U.S. and abroad, deploying to Afghanistan and several countries in Eastern Europe.

Family

I have been married since 2013 to my wife and successful entrepreneur, Nicole. I am thankful for her support and we are excited to reestablish roots closer to our friends and family on the east coast. ​

Education

Since leaving the Army, I reignited  my goal to become an entrepreneur and received an MBA from Harvard Business School where I discovered Entrepreneurship through Acquisition and studied how to acquire and operate a small business. I quickly realized the opportunity to again lead a dynamic team, create value for a great company and its people, and offer an attractive exit plan for a business owner.
