$750K-$4M in annual pre-tax operating profits or EBITDA (inclusive of owner's salary)

Revenues

Annual revenues between $4-40M with highly recurring or repeat customers

Low Customer Concentration

No customer accounts for more than 20% of revenue

Profit Margins

Pre-tax operating profit margin greater than 10%
